Last updated: 31 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our service. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Readable text sizes and strong colour contrast
• Pages that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation
• Descriptive text for images
• A phone option for anyone who would rather not use the online form
